So, you can compost dog poop if you’re using the compost for your lawn, flowers, etc. But you don’t want to compost dog poop if you are going to use the compost in your garden.
Other Things to Be Careful Of When Composting Dog Poop
Hopefully, you are picking up your dog’s droppings. Plastic bags are not compostable (or really recyclable when used that way.) Even the paper bags may not be compostable, so be careful.
